The Harpy Eagle is the largest and most powerful eagle found in the Americas, usually inhabiting tropical lowland rainforests in the emergent layer. They hunt lare prey such as monkeys, coatis and sloths O.O!

They are also threatened by habitat decreasing since reproduction is slow. A pair of Harpy Eagles lays two white eggs in a large stick nest high in a tree, and raise one chick every 2-3 years awws!

raptors are one of my fav animals so i thought it was about time to draw one. Most raptors i see are Peregrines and bald eagles. So i decided to draw one that most people don't know about and so the harpy eagle. lovely birds and im in love with their head crests! heehee

Ps... yah i hate feathers i hate feathers i hate feathers. so i dont mind the smudgy impatientness for the feathers!
